How to order 购买流程

Procedure to order 购物流程

1)Buyers go to http://www.taobao.com to choose the products you want.

2)Once buyers have made your choices, please fill up all the particulars in the form clearly and send to ibuey@hotmail.com . (P/S: please fill up those particular under YELLOW COLUMN ONLY.)

3)We will inform you within 48 hours once we received your order to confirm if the product is available, and we will count for the price for each goods you ordered. Buyer should transfer the 1st payment to the appointed account within 3 days. (The total amount of 1st payment is the amount of SGD in PULPLE COLOURS). Once the products arrive, we will inform you to make 2nd payment. We will not deliver your product to you until you make your 2nd payment.

4)All orders are established ONLY when we get your 1st payment.

5)Should there be any failure that cause your order fail, we will return to you 100% of the payment you made.

 

1)买家到 http://www.taobao.com 选定自己所要购买的物品。

2)选定物品后请表格事项一一填妥，然后发到我们的电邮 ibuey@hotmail.com (注意！！只填写黄色格子的事项，其他的我们会填妥。)

3)收到订单后本公司会于48小时内回复买家是否有货，同时帮买家把实付金额计算好。买家于3天内把第一期款项转帐至指定账户。（第一期须缴付的款项已显示在表格中紫色SGD中）等到商品运到我们这里时，我们将提醒买家缴付第二期款项。我们将在收到买家的第二期款项后才会把商品寄出。

4)所有交易在第一期款项成功收到的那天才算交易成立。

5)如淘宝网里缺货造成交易失败，我们将把买家付的款项100%返款给买家。
